Refund policy

Pre-orders: When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will do our best to ship Pre-Order Products in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know. You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order Products. Please email us at sales@oyasports.co if you need to update any of this information.

You will be charged at the time of placing a Pre-Order. You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order.

Paddles: 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

• Each customer will have 30 days to return an item from the original purchase date. 
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on all returns or exchanges. 
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
• All Items must be new and in an unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories and still have the original plastic wrapped on the handle in order to receive full credit.
• Lightly used returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  
• If approved, a refund will be initiated within 10 business days from arrival. 
• For a return shipping address, fill out the contact us form with your order number and details regarding the paddle. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

Apparel & Accessories: We will gladly refund or exchange all apparel and accessories within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in their original packaging. For any other inquiries, please fill out the contact us form with your order number and specific details and we will respond to your inquiry as soon as we can.
